ABOUT ME

I am a PhD Researcher and a postgraduate student of PCI College & Middlesex University, gaining my Professional Diploma in 2020 and my BSc (Hons) in 2021. I am a fully registered and accredited psychotherapist of the IACP, BACP & NAPCP.

I have worked as a therapist in private practice in Longford & Spain for two years through languages English, French & Spanish. I run a clinic both face-to-face and online where I see clients presenting with a wide variety of complaints. These include such things as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, Domestic Violence and much more. Working with adults, I have vast experience with employing CBT models to help clients achieve their goals.

I work as a lecturer for PCI College and have been lecturing for nine years at another university in a different discipline. This year, I completed my training in Traumatology & PTSD, acquiring a deeper understanding and skill set for working with more complex trauma. My passion truly is for continued learning in the field of Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Nursing. My aim is to continue learning and, where I can, impart that to others.

My starting point is offering you an online or telephone consultation. A consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and explore your expectations and understanding of therapy. During consultation, you will gain a sense of what it is like to work with me.

The consultation session is an opportunity for you to take time and space to talk about what is happening in your life. Whilst having an experience of being valued, accepted and understood and to see how psychotherapy maybe helpful to you.

I speak English, French & Spanish.
